Emotional Intelligence is the single most important indicator in producing leaders who are able to lead effectively in organizations at the highest levels. Longer term sustainability, requires that people go beyond I.Q. and develop their full E.Q

Emotional intelligence begins at the level of self-awareness and thus self-leadership. Awareness is the first step in the creation process.  As you grow in self -awareness, you understand better why you feel what you feel and why you behave the way we do.  That understanding then gives you the opportunity and freedom to change some of the things you would like to change about yourself and possibly create the life you want.  Having clarity about who you are and what you want and why you want it, empowers you to consciously and actively make those wants a reality.

Perhaps one critical element about self- awareness is understanding how you, through your emotions, affect those that you live and work with.  As we all know, most human relational problems emanate from emotional aspects that we easily prefer to call good or bad blood. But with proper self- understanding, we can improve relationships both at social and work level. 

People with proper self- awareness are emotionally intelligent. In other words, they understand their own emotions as well as others emotions; and how their emotions affect emotions of those they interact with. This way, they can seizure possible arguments both at work and home.

This training is therefore designed to help participants develop self-awareness, effective interpersonal skills, help understand and manage their emotions, and lastly unleash passion, energy and self-motivation. In fact it is not the hardest working or most intelligent people who succeed, but people who have a high level of emotional intelligence who are able to gain the cooperation of their colleagues and lead and motivate teams of people.  The course also focuses on achieving personal mastery, the skills required to help individuals become highly focused, organized, effective and successful in leading themselves and others.
